About PartnerInCare

PartnerInCare exists for people navigating complex healthcare decisions who want clarity—without pressure, judgment, or rushed timelines.

If you’re living with chronic illness, managing multiple providers, or facing decisions that affect your quality of life, you may be doing far more cognitive and emotional work than anyone sees. Most healthcare systems are built for efficiency, not reflection. PartnerInCare was created to fill that gap.

A different kind of healthcare support

PartnerInCare blends patient advocacy and coaching, with a focus on medical shared decision-making (SDM)—helping people slow down, prepare, and make choices that align with their values, priorities, and real lives.

This work is not about giving medical advice or pushing decisions in a specific direction.
It’s about creating space to think clearly in moments that often feel overwhelming.

Meet the founder, Kristine Bengs

For more than 15 years, I’ve supported loved ones and clients through complex healthcare situations—researching options, preparing for conversations, navigating systems, and sitting alongside people as they made difficult decisions with long-term impact.

Over time, I saw the same pattern repeat:
People were expected to make significant healthcare decisions quickly, often while exhausted, overwhelmed, or dismissed—without adequate space to reflect or prepare.

PartnerInCare grew from a desire to offer something different:
a nonjudgmental thinking partnership grounded in advocacy, coaching, and respect for individual autonomy.

Why PartnerInCare uses guided AI support

Many healthcare decisions don’t happen neatly during office hours. Questions come up late at night. Clarity fades after appointments. New information brings new uncertainty.

That’s why the core of PartnerInCare is a guided AI conversation experience, built using Coachvox AI and trained on my approach to coaching, patient advocacy, and shared decision-making.

This tool allows you to:

Reduce decision fatigue and mental load

The AI is continually updated and trained to reflect evolving knowledge, common decision challenges, and thoughtful resources—so the support stays relevant and responsible.

This is not automation for efficiency’s sake.
It’s access to calm, structured support when you need it.
